I’ve been browsing Light in the Box for affordable fashion and home items. The prices seem too good to be true, and I’m curious about their product quality and shipping times. Has anyone had experience with their customer service or returns?

I recently ordered from light in the box for the first time and was excited to get some affordable fashion items. Unfortunately, the quality of the clothes was disappointing. The fabric didn’t feel as described, and some of the items didn’t fit properly. The return process was also a hassle, and I ended up just donating most of the items.
