I often have no mood and no desire to sleep. I don't know how to deal with it anymore. Has anyone else had trouble sleeping? I thought it was because of stress, so I tried yoga, but it didn't help.

Maybe try a few things that help you relieve stress and fall asleep, such as exercising, meditating, not looking at your phone before bed, or making your bedroom as cozy as possible. There's also a thing called a luminette lamp, which is a light therapy lamp that helps you get to sleep. It will also be helpful to start taking vitamins.

It can be really tough to deal with those feelings. I've struggled with sleep issues too, and what helped me was creating a calming nighttime routine.
