I recently booked a day tour through Viator for a trip abroad, and it turned out to be a disaster. The tour didn’t match what was advertised, and some of the activities were not included despite being listed. I tried to contact customer service, but their response time was very slow. It left me questioning whether I should use Viator for future bookings. Has anyone else had similar issues, and how did you handle them?

I booked a tour through viator expecting a smooth experience, but it was far from it. The tour guide didn’t show up on time, and when they finally arrived, the entire trip felt rushed. The lack of proper communication and organization made the experience frustrating.
