Have you ever tracked a package for days, only to realize it’s delayed or marked as delivered but nowhere to be found? How does OnTrac customer support handle these frustrating delivery problems?

A package I ordered through a retailer was marked as “delivered,” but nothing was on my porch. After a quick check, I reached out to ontrac customer support to sort it out. They opened an investigation and updated me within a day. I was relieved when they found my package had been delivered to the wrong house and retrieved it for me.
