For me, stability means being adaptable. The world’s constantly changing, and the more I can roll with the punches, the better I feel. The same goes for work. Sure, staying at one job (even with career growth) might seem stable, but what if the company shuts down or I get laid off? Then what? The more I try different things, the more confident I am that I’ll figure it out and adapt. Plus, every new job comes with fresh skills. So... What about you?

I think it takes guts to step away from a cozy job to chase something new. And yeah, I totally agree that staying in one spot too long can make it harder to adjust to anything different later.

Personally, I’m all about trying new things to figure out what really clicks. A lot of people I know have stuck with one job or career path for years, but they’re not happy. They feel like they’re stuck doing something they don’t actually love. I don’t get how you’re supposed to "find yourself" without exploring. I switch jobs a lot. Thanks to platforms like Layboard, where you can find jobs and apply now (even without experience), there’s so much out there to try. I’ve found a bunch of fields I’m curious about, and each time I give something a shot, I figure out whether it’s a fit or if I need to keep searching.
