For me, stability means being adaptable. The world’s constantly changing, and the more I can roll with the punches, the better I feel. The same goes for work. Sure, staying at one job (even with career growth) might seem stable, but what if the company shuts down or I get laid off? Then what? The more I try different things, the more confident I am that I’ll figure it out and adapt. Plus, every new job comes with fresh skills. So... What about you?
